Doing things online are great but a follow up call from an actual human being for reassurance would be great. I have yet to speak to anyone, since doing everything online.

To date, No claims. I have no experience with Progressive as to their integrity to be accountable. As of this date the only experience I have with Progressive is that they offer policies and that I pay for them. So, I know I’m accountable anyway, hopefully we’ll never have the occasion to find out if Progress is or not.
