My previous homeowners insurance canceled my policy. Because they said they were no longer doing homeowner policiesThey had all my vehicle policy, so I canceled everything with them and went with progressive. I called their 1 800 number, and I got a representative that stuck with me through the whole process. He was very kind and helpful. He built my confidence and trust on being a progressive customer. So far, so good, please don't let me down. Progressive, you seem like a good fit for me

Customer service was excellent, including over the phone. I accomplished switching my car insurance with ease and satisfaction and they were able to answer any questions I had.
