I would highly recommend progressive to anyone shopping for insurance. I shopped around a lot before signing with them. No one came close to beating their quotes! Next year I am relieved to know I already have the best price available and will not have to spend so much time shopping around. And that makes me very happy!

I had called scottsboro progressive spoke to someone they said they would call me back on Tuesday cause Monday was a holiday so then I called Fort Payne progressive in Al they had done what I needed done without a call back for everything I needed to add to my policy now I have life insurance car insurance and my RV camper added she was more polite and helpful than the Scottsboro Al progressive

I had a good experience with Progressive though I wish Progressive would allow individual insurance agencies to sell Progressive at the same price as the online price so I could have a person to speak to face to face about any problems I might have.
